About Us
ProspeRx is an online portal of Yapp Apps LLC, providing advanced pharmacy education to pharmacists and pharmacy technicians.
Our team is made up of hard-working people who have experience in Specialty, Retail and Health-systems Outpatient pharmacies. The founder of ProspeRx, Yogesh Gala is an experienced pharmacist, pharmacy manager and a leader in coaching/educating pharmacists and pharmacy technicians. The team consists of experienced pharmacists and pharmacy managers who have individual experiences ranging from 15-20 years in the fields of Specialty, Health Systems Outpatient and Retail pharmacies. These team members help create course content and provide valuable feedback during the peer-review process. Our first product was Glucocious app- a mobile app for Diabetes education.
The biggest difference between our team and the teams of most other companies is that our team members are currently practicing pharmacy. So, we get first-hand experience about day-to-day changes in healthcare, changes in treatments, third-party criteria, compliance matters, etc. These first-hand experiences enable us to create courses for you so you can benefit from our experiences.
ProspeRx is a platform for pharmacy staff interested in application-based, advanced pharmacy education. The first course we launched is CTSRx- “Certificate Course for Pharmacy Technicians in Specialty Pharmacy”. CTSRx was created with the intention of providing the advanced knowledge, skill sets and expertise needed to provide the highest level of patient care in Specialty pharmacies. CTSRx will also create opportunities for those who wish to pursue careers in Specialty Pharmacy. We are proud to announce that we are the first ever company who thought about creating an advanced Certificate course in Specialty Pharmacy for Pharmacy technicians. This certificate course will help enhance the pharmacy technicians’ skills in the field of Specialty pharmacy.

We then launched a second course- Specialty and Patient Care in Retail Pharmacy! This course is offered to both pharmacists and pharmacy technicians. This course aims to solve day-to-day challenges in Retail and Outpatient pharmacies, hopes to elevate confidence-level of pharmacy staff in dealing with Specialty medications and enhance job-satisfaction. Utilizing the experience of our team, ProspeRx will continue to create more courses based on the specific needs of pharmacists and pharmacy staff. Courses will be based on their feedback and will be designed to solve their problems with a practical, need-based approach. The courses will not only fulfill their educational needs but also provide them with practical solutions to improve performance and job satisfaction.
